strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with corporate\nobjectives.<\/li>\n \t<li>Lead talent acquisition processes, including job postings, interviewing, onboarding, and\norientation.<\/li>\n \t<li>Design and implement performance management systems and employee appraisal\nprocesses.<\/li>\n \t<li>Coordinate training needs assessments and staff development initiatives.<\/li>\n \t<li>Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes fairly and\nprofessionally.<\/li>\n \t<li>Maintain accurate HR records, payroll data, leave schedules, and staff benefits\nadministration.<\/li>\n \t<li>Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, pensions, tax laws, and HR best practices.<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ul> degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is a strong\nadvantage.<\/li>\n \t<li>Minimum of 5 years\u2019 progressive experience in HR and corporate services, with at least 3\nyears in a managerial role.<\/li>\n \t<li>Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, employee engagement practices, and HR\nsystems.<\/li>\n \t<li>Proven leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.<\/li>\n \t<li>Ability to multitask, make data-driven decisions, and foster a productive work culture.<\/li>\n \t<li>Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant administrative
